I run several restaurants, how does that work?
One manager account can hold several establishments. Each has its own tablets, first names, settings, logs and subscription; nothing gets mixed.
- In the app, Settings › Account & establishment › My establishments then Add an establishment: a name, a type, and Getting started as for the first one. It starts with its own trial.
- To switch, tap the establishment name at the top left of the screen, or Switch establishment in the menu. On tracito.com, My space lists all your establishments.
- Each kitchen links its own tablets; a tablet belongs to one establishment at a time.
The second establishment and the next ones are at a reduced rate, detailed on the Pricing page.
Tip: My establishments shows today's status for each (entries done, out of range, pending photos) without opening it.
