What is included
Everything. There is no option and no tier: every subscribed establishment gets the whole service.

The free trial
Every establishment created in the app gets a full 30-day trial, with no credit card and no limitation. When the trial ends, if no subscription is active, the app switches to read-only: your records stay available and exportable, nothing is lost.

How do I cancel?
From your account on this website, in one click, with no reason and no notice. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the establishment switches to read-only.
We are seasonal: can I pause the subscription?
Yes. Pausing stops billing right away. The establishment switches to read-only: your registers stay available and exportable. You resume when you reopen, from your account, and billing restarts at that moment.
What happens to my data after cancelling?
It stays yours. The establishment switches to read-only: you can view and export your registers (PDF, ZIP) at any time. You delete them yourself by deleting the establishment or your account.
Do I need to buy hardware?
Nothing is required. An off-the-shelf Android tablet is enough, from about a hundred euros; the manager's phone does the job for remote follow-up. To print use-by labels we recommend a GP-2120T thermal printer (about €100, 29 × 90 mm rolls), which you buy yourself. We rent and sell no hardware.
I run several establishments.
Each establishment has its own subscription, managed from the same account. The first one is 29 € per month or 290 € per year; each additional establishment is 19 € per month or 190 € per year. Each one is cancelled or paused separately.
Is the price before tax?
The displayed price is the price you pay. The publisher is exempt from VAT under French law (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI): no VAT is added, so there is none to reclaim.
How do I pay?
By card, on this website, through Stripe. You are charged at each renewal (monthly or yearly) and the invoice is available in your account. Nothing is requested during the trial.
