How do I invite my food safety consultant or a partner?
A food safety consultant, a trainer, a business partner: each follows the location with their own account, from their phone or tracito.com, with the access level you choose. You can remove them at any time.
- In the app, Settings › Account & establishment › Access & consultants › Invite a consultant (or, on tracito.com, the Access section › Generate an invitation code).
- Pick the level: Read only (they see everything, logs, tasks and settings, but record and change nothing) or Read + setup (like a second manager for module configuration; never members, tablets or the subscription).
- A code appears, valid for 7 days: Share the code by message. The person creates their Tracito account if needed, then enters the code under My establishments › Join with a code (or I have an invitation code when creating the account).
Accounts with access are listed in the same place, with Remove access; a consultant can also leave on their own with Leave this establishment. On their screen, a banner states their role: “Read only · consultant”.
Tip: an invitation code works once; unused invitations show under Pending invitations, where you can cancel them.
