The Tracito app
Tracito is an Android app for HACCP record-keeping, intended for food-service professionals. It is distributed by the publisher as an installation file downloadable from this website and, where applicable, from the Google Play Store. The subscription is taken out and paid on tracito.com; payment is handled by Stripe.
The terms of the service (free trial, subscription, cancellation) are summarised on the Pricing page. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The whole website and app (texts, illustrations, screenshots, logo, the name “Tracito”, code, database) is the property of the publisher or is used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French intellectual property code.
The readings, documents and data you enter in the app remain your property. They can be exported at any time from the app.
“HACCP” refers to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points method; Tracito is not affiliated with any certification body.
Liability
Tracito is a recording and monitoring tool. It does not replace the establishment's food safety management plan, nor the operator's responsibility under applicable regulations. The publisher strives to provide a reliable service and accurate information but cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or unavailability, nor for the consequences of improper use.
The thresholds, frequencies and corrective actions suggested by default are common values; each establishment must adapt them to its own activity.
Links
The website may contain links to other websites. The publisher has no control over their content and accepts no liability for them. Linking to tracito.com is free, provided it does not harm the publisher's image.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and the cookies and trackers in use are described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
The website and the app are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
