How do I change my name, the establishment name, or fill in the details (registration, logo)?
Three different things, all under Settings › Account & establishment (or the Establishment section of My space on tracito.com).
- Your name: the manager's first name, shown next to what you validate and in the logs. Tap it, fix it, Save.
- Establishment: the establishment name, as it shows at the top of the screen and on documents.
- Establishment details: legal name, registration number, address, phone, e-mail, Person in charge (who signs the documents) and Logo. This information goes on the cover page of the files, at the top of the logs and in the e-mails sent from the app.
Tip: the logo must be a PNG or JPEG image on a light background; it is resized automatically.
