How do I delete an establishment?
Deletion is irreversible: tablets, entries, photos, documents, members and subscription all go. First export what you must keep (Inspection mode, PDF file and ZIP archive).
- In the app, Settings › Account & establishment, at the very bottom under Sensitive actions: Delete establishment. On tracito.com, it is in the Subscription section, Delete permanently.
- To confirm, type the exact name of the establishment.
- The establishment leaves your list right away; the server wipes the database, the files and the tablets' access within minutes, and backups are purged within 30 days. A running subscription is stopped.
To delete your account as well, once your establishments are deleted, write to us at bonjour@tracito.com from the account's address.
Tip: a temporary closure is no reason to delete; pausing the subscription keeps everything in place.
