Does the app work without Internet?
Yes, fully. Readings, photos, cleanings, everything is saved on the tablet and sent on its own as soon as the network is back. Nothing waits for the Wi-Fi.
- During the outage, an Offline pill shows at the top of the screen, then 3 pending when readings are waiting: that is normal.
- When the network returns, the pill disappears and the other devices see the readings.
- What does need Internet, and says so: creating an establishment, installing Getting started, generating an export link or a code, reading a label from a photo.
A rare case: an entry made offline can be rejected by the server when the network is back (trial expired in the meantime, tablet removed). A banner Entries rejected by the server lists them: enter them again once the cause is fixed.
Tip: a tablet with no network for days keeps offering the right tasks at the right times.
