Can I have the app on my phone and on the chef's?
Yes, with no limit. Tablets and phones are unlimited in the location and included in the subscription. Every linked device sees the same units, the same tasks and the same logs, offline included; what is logged on one shows up on the others as soon as there is signal.
- On the device to link, install Tracito (from tracito.com or Google Play), open it and tap I have a pairing code.
- On a device that is already linked, the manager opens Settings › Account & establishment › Tablets and taps +: a code appears, valid for 15 minutes.
- Type that code on the new device: it is linked, with no password. An optional PIN can protect its settings.
For someone who needs to follow the location from their own account (a partner, your food safety consultant), use an invitation code instead of pairing: Settings › Account & establishment › Access & consultants › Invite a consultant, as Read only or Read + setup; they enter it under My establishments › Join with a code.
Tip: lost device or crew member gone? Remove the device from Tablets: it loses access right away.
