Do my cooks need an account?
No. One account, the manager's, and one subscription per location. The crew has no account and no password: you add first names in Settings › Account & establishment › Members, and on each reading the person taps their name. That name goes in the log.
The Tracito plus: the app is not tied to a single tablet. Install it on as many tablets and phones as you like, all linked to the same location with a code: the kitchen tablet, your own phone to follow from home, the phone of the chef who covers for you, a partner's. Everyone sees the same readings, everyone signs with their first name.
Tip: to link one more device, open Settings › Account & establishment › Tablets and tap +. See “Can I have the app on my phone and on the chef's?”.
