How do I set my meal periods and closing days?
Meal periods (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner…) are when tasks are expected: one cooler check per period, one cleaning at the end of service. They are set in Settings › Modules › Services, or in the Establishment section of My space on tracito.com.
- Add a service: a name, a Start time and an End time. A period can run past midnight (6:00 pm → 2:00 am): its readings stay attached to the day it started. Two periods cannot overlap.
- Opening days: for each day of the week, tick Closed that day or pick the Active services that day (Sunday lunch only, for instance), with special hours if needed.
- A closed day generates no task: nothing shows up overdue the next morning.
Deleting a service does not touch the log: readings already recorded stay there.
Tip: one-off closure (holiday, vacation)? Set the day in Opening days beforehand, or clear the overdue tasks afterwards (see the Inspection and registers section).
