How does Getting started work with a template?
Getting started installs a complete kitchen from a template (Restaurant, Large restaurant, Collective catering): meal periods, modules, rooms and items to clean, coolers, common date-marked products, cleaning chemicals, documents to renew. You check, uncheck, rename; nothing is set in stone.
- Your hours: the meal periods of your day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner…) with their times, and your closing days.
- What you track: the modules you use. Switch off what you do not do, you can turn it on later.
- Your kitchen: one line per room and per item (walk-in, prep table, fryer…). Uncheck what you do not have, add what is missing.
- Your team and your suppliers: the first names for the “who” buttons, and generic suppliers to rename.
Tap Install my kitchen (network needed). Whatever already exists is kept: running Getting started again later, from Settings › Getting started, adds a room or a module without overwriting anything. Change template resets the wizard's choices, not your establishment.
Tip: tap Later if you are in a hurry; a banner on the home screen will remind you that the kitchen is not set up yet.
