How do I update the app?
The app tells you itself: a What's new in version… banner on the home screen after an update, and an Update required screen when an older version can no longer go on.
- Open Settings › About: the Installed version shows, with App up to date or An update is available.
- Tap Update. Installed from Google Play, the app sends you there; installed from tracito.com, it downloads the new version: open the file and install over the current one without losing anything (readings, settings and pairing stay).
- What's new, in the same place, lists what changed, version by version.
Kitchen tablets update the same way; a tablet that is behind keeps working as long as no update is required.
Tip: from Google Play, updates happen on their own, nothing to do.
