How does the crew know what is left to do?
The tablet's Today screen lists the tasks of the current meal period, and the home screen shows at a glance how many are to do and overdue.
- Tap Today (or Open on the home screen). Tasks are grouped under Now (the current period), Next service and Overdue.
- Tap Do on a line: the entry panel opens right there, without going through the module. The name, the value, Validate.
- When everything is done, the screen says so: “all caught up”.
The manager, meanwhile, is notified on their phone at the end of each meal period if something is missing (“Lunch over · 3 tasks not done”), and not at all if nothing is. See “How do I set notifications and the e-mail report?”.
Tip: an overdue task that should not exist (closed day, done but not logged) is cleared in one move from Overdue (see the Inspection and registers section).
