How do I record a delivery?
Open the Deliveries module while the driver is unloading. In the action panel (right side on a tablet, bottom on a phone), tap the supplier: the ones expected today come first, marked “Expected today”. Under “Delivery note”, photograph the invoice or packing slip (“Take a photo” or “Gallery”); it is optional, but it is your proof when you ask for a credit. Under “Goods received”, tick only what is on the truck: “Frozen”, “Fresh”, “Dry”; for frozen and fresh, set the temperature you measured with − and +, dry goods have no temperature.
Tap your first name under “Who”, adjust the time under “When” if needed, then “Validate”: the delivery joins today’s list with its time, your name and its verdict, “Compliant” or “Out of range”. The tablet works without a network: the delivery and its photos go out on their own when the connection is back.
Tip: a supplier with a ticked delivery day shows up in today’s tasks; a delivery on another day is recorded exactly the same way.
