How do I send the claim to the supplier with the photos?
On an out-of-range delivery, tap “Notify the supplier” in today’s list, or “Notify a supplier” at the top of the Deliveries module for an older one. The “Refusals to report” screen lists every out-of-range delivery of the last 60 days, supplier by supplier: tick one or more from the same supplier (a dented can on Monday, warm lettuce on Tuesday), then “Write the email”.
The email is already written: the supplier’s address (from its form, or typed here and kept for next time), the “Subject” and the “Message” with the date, the temperatures measured and the decisions taken; the photos of the refused products are attached, and their number is shown under the text. Read it, edit if needed, tap your name under “Who sends”, then “Send the email”. It goes out from Tracito on behalf of your location; the supplier’s reply lands in the manager’s inbox.
The delivery then shows “email sent to the supplier”, and the register keeps a “Supplier email” line with the address and the subject. Without a network, the email waits (“email waiting to be sent”) and leaves when the connection is back.
Tip: a delivery without a photo gives an email without attachment, and the tablet tells you before sending; take the photo at the moment of refusal.
