Which printer do I need and how do I connect it?

One printer is supported: the Gprinter GP-2120T, a thermal roll label printer connected over Bluetooth. No cable, no network to set up; if you are buying one, buy that one.

  1. Turn the printer on, then open Settings › Modules › Use-by labels › My printers › Add a printer.
  2. Which printer do you have?: tap the model. How is it connected?: Bluetooth.
  3. Select your printer: tap Find my printer, Android lists the devices in range, tap yours. Not showing? Pair it first in the tablet's Bluetooth settings, come back and tap Search again.
  4. Give it a name (“Cold station”, “Pastry”), then Save. Then tap Test print: a TEST label should come out.

Several printers are possible; Set as default picks the one offered first, and the crew switches the Printer in the panel when printing. If nothing comes out, the app says why in plain words: printer off or out of range, Bluetooth off on the tablet, empty roll.
