Where do I find help from inside the app?
The same questions as this help center are inside the app, readable offline, and an assistant answers them in your own words.
- Open Settings › Help: questions are grouped by section, like here.
- Cannot find it? Ask the assistant in plain language (“how do I change the freezer limit”). It answers from these same articles and gives the exact path.
- Still stuck? Write to us at bonjour@tracito.com, naming your establishment: a person on the team answers, never a bot.
Tip: under every question on the site, “Was this answer helpful?” tells us what to improve.
