How do I photograph labels?

The Traceability module opens straight on the camera: nothing to set up.

  1. On the preview, the current meal period is already ticked (Lunch, Dinner…); tap another one if the photo belongs to a different period.
  2. Tap your first name at the bottom of the screen: without a name, the shutter button tells you so.
  3. Frame the label and press the big red Take a photo button. The “3 today” counter updates and the thumbnail opens the My photos gallery.

Name and meal period stay selected, so the six labels of one delivery can be shot one after the other. Several labels on one photo is fine, as long as the product name, lot number and date are readable.

No signal in the walk-in? The photo stays on the tablet, the “1 photo waiting to be uploaded” banner says so, and it goes out by itself as soon as the network is back.
