Do I have to enter the dish, product and lot number?

No, the photo alone is enough: everything is readable on it. The fields are there to find a label by typing a few characters, and to know which dish a product went into.

• On a tablet the fields sit under the preview; on a phone, tap Details to unfold them.
• The suppliers set up in the Deliveries module show as buttons: one tap ties the label to the right supplier, and it stays selected for the next photos.
• Product (optional), Lot number (optional) and the Use-by button (the date printed on the label) clear after each photo; Dish prepared (optional) stays, since several products often go into the same dish.

Two settings in Settings › Modules › Traceability: Dish required when taking a photo, so that in case of a recall you know exactly which preparations are concerned, and AI label reading, which reads product, brand, lot and date on the uploaded photo and offers them under To confirm; only empty fields get filled, never something typed by hand.
