The health inspector is here: how do I pull up the logs?
Inspection mode is a read-only view, made to hand the tablet to an inspector: nothing can be entered or changed there.
- Tap Inspection mode at the top of the screen. The default period is the month; change it with Week, Year, All or Dates.
- Each module has its card with the number of entries and non-conformities: tap View register. Every line carries the time, the first name, the item, the value, the compliance and the corrective action; cancelled entries stay visible, struck through, with the reason.
- The inspector wants everything: PDF file builds a complete file with a cover page in your name, a table of contents, one chapter per module and the list of non-conformities; Send all registers e-mails the whole thing with the photos.
The same screen gathers Non-conformities (all modules), Lot search and Product recalls.
Tip: a module you switched off keeps its log: it stays readable in Inspection mode, marked “Module disabled”.
