Can entries be edited afterwards?
No, never. A saved entry cannot be edited: that is what gives the log its value in front of an inspector. It can only be cancelled, with a reason, and the cancellation stays visible.
- In Inspection mode, open the module's register and tap the line, then See the full record (or, in the module, the day's history).
- Tap Cancel this entry, pick who cancels and why: Cancelled right after entry, Input error, Wrong item or Other, with an optional note.
- The line stays in the log, struck through, with “Cancelled by … on … · reason”. If it was an expected task, it becomes to do again: enter the right value.
An entry made after the fact (yesterday's miss caught up today) is flagged “entered later” with the real entry date: nothing is backdated quietly.
Tip: changing a limit does not rewrite the past either; every entry keeps the limit that applied to it.
