How do I export a log as a PDF or e-mail the complete file?
Three outputs, all from Inspection mode, over the chosen period.
- One log: open it (View register) then tap Export PDF. The PDF opens on the tablet, ready to share or print. Send e-mails it.
- The HACCP file: on the main Inspection screen, PDF file assembles a cover page (name, address and logo from the establishment details), a table of contents, one chapter per module, the non-conformities and a “Date and signature” box.
- Everything, photos included: Send all registers builds a ZIP archive on the server (one PDF per module plus photos and documents). You get a download link valid for 7 days, to Send by e-mail (the recipient gets the link, not an attachment, and can reply to you), to Share or to Copy.
The archive needs an Internet connection; the e-mail leaves as soon as the network is there.
