Where is the data stored, and who can see it?
On servers in Europe (Google Cloud, Paris region), establishment by establishment: each kitchen sees only its own data, and nobody sells it or uses it for advertising.
- Who has access: the establishment's member accounts (manager, invited consultants), the paired tablets, and the publisher to run the service. A removed tablet loses access immediately.
- For how long: as long as the establishment exists, since regulations require you to keep these logs. A disabled module keeps its history.
- Your rights: export everything at any time (Inspection mode, PDF file and ZIP archive); delete everything by deleting the establishment, wiped within minutes, backups purged within 30 days.
The plain-language details are in the app, Settings › About › Your data; the full privacy policy is on tracito.com.
Tip: reading a label from a photo and the audit mini-report go through an artificial-intelligence provider; that content is not used to train its models.
