How do I fix or cancel a cooling that was validated by mistake?

A validated entry is never edited: you cancel it and enter it again. Nothing is erased; the cancelled line stays in the register, struck through, with the name, the time and the reason, which is what a health inspector expects to see.

1. Right after "Validate", the "Saved" message offers "Cancel" for about twenty seconds: one tap cancels the whole batch you just wrote.
2. Later on, open "History" from the module screen (or Inspection mode › Cooling › "View register"), tap the line, then "Cancel this entry".
3. Pick the reason under "Why" ("Input error", "Wrong item", "Other"), add a note if needed and confirm with "Cancel the entry".
4. Enter the cooling again with the right values: start, stage and end dates and times all change with a tap.

A team member can cancel today's entries; the manager can cancel any line, however old. The cancelled line is marked "Cancelled" and no longer counts as a non-conformity.
