Where do I find the cooling log and export it as a PDF?

The module screen only shows today, meal period by meal period. The full history lives in the register.

1. From the module screen, tap "History"; or open Inspection mode from the home screen, then "View register" next to Cooling.
2. Pick the period: "Today", "Week", "Month", "Year", "All" or "Dates" for two exact dates.
3. Each line gives the time, the first name, the dish, the start, stage and end temperatures, the duration, the verdict and the corrective action. A line typed later is marked "entered later"; a cancelled line stays visible, struck through.
4. Tap "Export PDF" to get the register for that period, or "Send" to e-mail it (to your consultant, or to the health department when they ask for cooling logs).

Inspection mode is read-only: you can hand the tablet to the inspector safely. Non-conformities for the period, across all modules, have their own section there.
