How do I require a proof photo on an item?
On any item, the crew member can attach a photo and a Note (optional) from the To validate panel, with the Take the proof photo button on the line. For a sensitive spot, you can make it mandatory.
- Open Settings › Modules › Cleaning, the zone, then the item (restrooms, the slicer, the grease trap).
- Turn on Proof photo required and save.
In the kitchen, the line shows the "photo required" pill: ticking the item opens the camera right away, and nothing is validated without a photo. The photo shows in the register, on that line, and in Inspection mode.
Tip: keep the mandatory photo for a few sensitive spots, not the whole kitchen, or closing takes longer.
