How do I cancel a cleaning ticked by mistake, and where is the register?
Right after Validate, a Cancel button stays on screen for about twenty seconds: it cancels the whole batch that was just written.
- Later on, tap Inspection mode at the top of the home screen, pick the period, then the Cleaning register.
- On the wrong line, tap Cancel this entry and say Why: Input error, Wrong item or Other, with details if needed.
Nothing is erased: the line stays in the register, struck through, with who cancelled it, when and why, and the task becomes due again. For each cleaning the register carries the time, first name, item, zone, meal period, photo and note; Export PDF or Send pull it out for the period you choose (day, week, month, year, or your own dates).
Tip: a validated cleaning is never edited; you cancel it and tick the item again. That is what gives the register its value.
