How do I change how often something is cleaned?
- Open Settings › Modules › Cleaning.
- Expand the zone, then tap the item (for example "Hood").
- Under Frequency, pick Per service, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or After use, then save.
Per service, tick the Services concerned (none ticked = every meal period open that day). Weekly, pick the Days of the week or Any day: once a week, Monday to Sunday, overdue only the following week. Monthly, set the Days of the month (day 1 to 10, say): overdue afterwards. After use keeps the item in the list without ever going overdue.
The change applies from the next day; cleanings already logged do not move. To put the same frequency on several items at once, tap Select, touch the items, then Apply to 8.
Tip: the "Recurring task tracking" switch on the item is what makes it show up as a to-do with overdue tracking. Off, the item can be ticked whenever you like.
