How do I log the polar-compound reading of a fryer?

Dip your TPM tester in the oil, read the percentage, then open the Frying oil module on the tablet.

1. Tap the fryer tank: it moves to the "To validate" panel, on the "Measure rate" tab.
2. Set the value with − and + (1 % steps), or tap the number to type it: "18.5" works.
3. Add a "Note (optional)" if it is worth keeping: "oil filtered", "tank half full".
4. With several fryers, tap the next tank and repeat: everything is saved in one go.
5. Pick the name under "Who", then tap "Validate".

The tank tile shows the reading, "Compliant" in green as long as it stays under the limit, with the name and time. The tablet works without Wi-Fi: the reading goes out on its own when the connection is back.

Tip: wrong number? Open "History" at the top of the module, tap the line, then "Cancel this entry" and give the reason. The line stays in the log, struck through, and you enter the right reading.
