Where do I find a past audit, and how do I export it as a PDF or send it?

The Internal audit screen lists every audit under Audits done with its date, name, score and verdict (“Internal audit · 98%”). Tap one: the full result opens, short report and chapters, and Show all points unfolds the 56 answers with notes, photos and the reason behind each prefilled point.

1. Export PDF opens the preview to print or save: location header, score, verdict, short report, then the whole grid chapter by chapter with the photos.
2. Send shares the same PDF by email or through the messaging app of your choice, to your food safety consultant for example.

The History button opens Register — Internal audit over the period you choose, like the other registers; See the full record reopens the audit. Audits also show in Inspection mode and in your online space. An audit saved by mistake is cancelled by the manager from that register with Cancel this entry: it stays visible, struck through. The module exists in the United States (FDA Food Code grid) and in France (GBPH grid); it does not appear on the home screen of a location in another country.
