Where is the service temperature register, and how do I cancel a mistake?

Today's log is in the module, grouped by meal period. For previous days, tap History: the Register — Service temperature opens with the Today, Week, Month, Year or Dates buttons, then Export PDF or Send by e-mail. Inspection mode shows the same register read-only, with the period's non-compliant readings.

To fix a mistake, nothing is erased: you cancel.

1. Right after validating, the Cancel button stays available for 20 seconds at the bottom of the screen and cancels the whole batch.
2. Later, in History, tap the Cancel this entry cross on the line, pick the reason under Why (Input error, Wrong item, Other) and confirm. A crew member can cancel today's readings, the manager any reading.
3. Log the dish again with the right value.

The cancelled reading stays in the register, struck through, with who cancelled it, when and why.
