How do I cancel a reheating validated by mistake, and where is the register?

A validated entry is never edited: you cancel it and enter it again. Nothing is erased; the cancelled line stays in the register, struck through, with the name, the time and the reason.

1. Right after "Validate", the "Saved" message offers "Cancel" for about twenty seconds: one tap cancels the whole batch you just wrote.
2. Later on, tap "History" from the module screen (or Inspection mode › Reheating › "View register"), pick the period ("Today", "Week", "Month", "Dates"…), tap the line, then "Cancel this entry".
3. Pick the reason under "Why" ("Input error", "Wrong item", "Other"), confirm with "Cancel the entry", then enter the reheating again with the right values.

A team member can cancel today's entries; the manager can cancel any line. The same register gives, for each reheating, the time, the first name, the dish, the start and end temperatures, the elapsed time, the verdict and the corrective action; "Export PDF" produces it for the chosen period and "Send" e-mails it.

Tip: Inspection mode is read-only; you can hand the tablet to the health inspector safely.
