How do I activate a document to renew and set its due date?
Go to Settings › Modules › Documents: the “Documents to renew” page lists what is tracked. Tap “Activate a document” and choose from “Which document?”: pest control contract, pest control visit report, microbiological analyses, fire extinguisher check, gas installation check, hood and duct degreasing, liability insurance certificate… or “Other document (custom)” for a record specific to your location, a health permit for instance.
- “Renewal”: “Every month”, “Every 3 months”, “Every 6 months”, “Every year”, “Every 2 years”, or “Other…” with the “Period in months”; “No due date” for a record you only want to keep.
- “Starting point”: “Last done on” (the date of the last document) or “Due on”, then “Choose a date”; the tablet shows “Next due date: …”.
- “Reminder before the due date”: 7, 15, 30 or 60 days.
- “Conform / non-conform result at each filing”: for analyses and visits, the result is asked and appears in the register.
“Save” closes the sheet. To stop tracking a record, tap “Deactivate”: documents already filed stay in the library.
